Collingwood Fashion Week is a week-long, professionally executed event, running annually highlighting the world-class fashion experiences that Collingwood’s Downtown has to offer, brought to you by the Collingwood Downtown BIA. Downtown Collingwood is a unique destination that combines refreshing, stylishly smart offerings in an authentic, evolving environment that people enjoy discovering. The downtown provides a walkable gathering place with unique shops and specialty dining. It provides an appreciation for historic preservation while also being trendy and enjoyable to explore.

Finale Evening – Fashion as Art
A Canvas in Motion with Legendary Jeanne Beker

After a week filled with fashion fun, Collingwood Fashion Week culminates in a spectacular event – not to be missed – at the Historic Gayety Theatre, featuring the legendary Jeanne Beker, one of Canada’s most iconic fashion and lifestyle voices and author of her recent memoir, ‘Heart on My Sleeve: Stories from a Life Well Worn’.

She will be led in an engaging discussion exploring fashion as a living canvas with fashion journalist, Deirdre Kelly, author of Amazon bestseller ‘Fashioning the Beatles’. The evening includes a VIP Meet & Greet (premium ticket- includes drinks and Hors d’oeuvres) with Ms Beker and Ms Kelly and a wrap party at Butter Art Gallery, including music, conversation, a complimentary drink and amazing nibbles from Low Down.  This will also be the launch of Art Crawl as we celebrate local artistry. Both authors will be available at the reception for book signings, hosted by Jessica’ Book Nook.

Proceeds from Collingwood Fashion Week will be donated to Home Horizon, an organization serving our youth at risk of homelessness.
